Orchard Mile Starts Rewarding Customers

Orchard Mile is launching a loyalty program and becoming one of the few digital platforms to offer rewards.There will be three tiers of membership (silver, gold, and platinum) based on points accumulated from purchases on Orchard Mile. Potential rewards include options such as Orchard Mile gift cards, complimentary manicures and Skin Laundry hydration boosts, early access to sales and VIP concierge services for gold and platinum members, etc. Additionally, at the platinum level, members can expect an annual “just because gift,” which will be personalized based on purchase history.

Orchard Mile CEO and Co-Founder Jennie Baik said “It’s all about experience for Millennials. The whole Millennial culture is about being more than just transactional."
